1. License and Usage Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EasyVoiceNotes for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any content created, uploaded, or shared.

2. Voice Recordings and Transcriptions

EasyVoiceNotes allows you to record or upload audio, transcribe it, and convert it into text in various formats.

• You may choose whether to keep or automatically delete your audio recordings after transcription, based on your account settings.
• If kept, your recordings and transcriptions remain stored in your account until you delete them.
• You retain ownership of your recordings and text content.

3. Use of AI Services

EasyVoiceNotes uses third-party AI models such as OpenAI Whisper, Groq Whisper, and GPT to process and convert audio into text.

By using these features, you consent to your audio and text being processed by these services solely for the purpose of providing EasyVoiceNotes functionality. We do not use your content to train any AI models.

4. Fair Use Policy

Both free and paid plans are subject to reasonable fair usage limits. Excessive, automated, or abusive use may result in temporary restrictions, throttling, or account review. We will attempt to notify you before any action is taken.

5. Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of EasyVoiceNotes at any time, without prior notice. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy.

• Your recordings and transcriptions are only accessible to you and are not shared or sold to any third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyVoiceNotes is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages, including data loss, downtime, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the last one (1) month. Your local laws may grant you additional rights.

8. No Warranty

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it.

9. Responsibility and Indemnification

You agree to use EasyVoiceNotes lawfully and not to infringe on the rights of others. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyVoiceNotes, its owners, and team from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and EasyVoiceNotes, and supersede all prior agreements or communications.

13. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. Usage limits and fair use policies apply to all plans.
